Accepted insurance and fees
In-network insurance plans
I participate with various insurance plans through these platforms. Because coverage and benefits can vary by plan, I recommend verifying your benefits and expected out-of-pocket cost before scheduling your first session.
Headway is my preferred platform for insurance-based appointments, but I also work with clients through Rula and Grow Therapy.
Please keep in mind:
- Insurance is accepted in-network through participating platforms.
- I do not accept out-of-network insurance.
- I do not provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement.
- Your copay, coinsurance, deductible, and other costs depend on your specific insurance plan.
Ready to Get Started?
If you're planning to use insurance, Headway is the best place to start. Headway can help verify your insurance eligibility and provide an estimate of your expected cost before you schedule. If you do not see your insurance type with Headway check out Rula and Grow Therapy insurance options below.
Insurance verification does not guarantee payment or coverage. Please confirm your benefits directly with your insurance plan.

I believe getting mental health support should be as straightforward as possible. I work with several major insurance plans through trusted partner platforms by design, making it easier to use your available benefits for counseling.
Insurance coverage can vary from plan to plan, so I encourage you to verify your benefits and expected cost before your first session.
How to verify your benefits
Before your first counseling session, it's a good idea to confirm your insurance benefits and understand what you may be responsible for paying.
You Can Also Contact Your Insurance Company
Call the member-services number on the back of your insurance card and ask about your behavioral health benefits, including:
-
Copay or coinsurance
-
Deductible
-
Outpatient mental health counseling coverage
-
Prior authorization requirements
-
Visit limits or other plan requirements
Important
Insurance verification is an estimate of your benefits and does not guarantee payment or coverage. Your insurance company ultimately determines eligibility, coverage, and payment based on your specific plan and claims.
When in doubt, contact your insurance company directly to confirm your benefits and expected cost before your first session.
