Meet Your Therapist
Littron Cole, LPC is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia and South Carolina who has been providing counseling services since 2016. His approach combines clinical training, public health expertise, professional experience, and lived experience to create a counseling environment where clients feel heard, respected, and supported.
Littron is a proud graduate of an HBCU and holds a Master of Public Health with dual concentrations in Health Behavior and Health Management & Policy, as well as a Master of Science with dual concentrations in Rehabilitation and Clinical Mental Health Counseling. He also brings nearly two decades of experience working in public health and quality-focused roles across the public and private sectors.
In addition to his civilian professional experience, Littron serves as a Lieutenant Junior Grade (LTJG) in the United States Navy Reserve. His military experience provides an additional perspective that allows him to connect with service members, veterans, and military-connected individuals while also serving clients from a variety of backgrounds.
His Approach
Littron understands that reaching out for mental health support can be difficult. His goal is to create a space where clients can be honest about where they are without feeling judged for how they got there.
His counseling approach is empathetic, culturally responsive, and collaborative, with an emphasis on meeting clients where they are and helping them develop a clearer path forward.
He has a particular interest in supporting communities that have historically experienced barriers to mental health care, while welcoming anyone who is ready to better understand themselves, navigate life's challenges, strengthen their relationships, and work toward meaningful change.
A Little About Me
Outside of the office, I’m a pretty down-to-earth person. I enjoy cooking; especially soul food; staying active with full-body workouts, running, yoga, and finding ways to slow down and recharge.
Community is also important to me. I enjoy giving back through service with my fraternity and Lodge, and I value the relationships and connections that come from being involved in the community.
I’m also a big believer in making time for yourself. For me, that might mean relaxing at home, getting a fresh retwist or massage, enjoying a pedicure, or simply taking a walk with my Cane Corso, Shango, on the community nature trail or at the dog park.
I believe that taking care of yourself isn't selfish. Sometimes you have to slow down, reset, and give yourself permission to breathe.
And when I’m not working, you can probably find me doing one of those things or figuring out what I’m going to cook next.
Military & Veteran Experience
As a Navy Reserve officer, I bring personal experience with military culture and the unique demands that can come with serving while balancing civilian life.
Guiding you along your journey.
